400 | 420 Centennial is a pair of two luxurious condominium buildings located in the prestigious village of Sewickley, PA. I led a team of designers to develop a name, logo, temporary signage, website and marketing package to help sell this premium style of living. The marketing strategy was to create a sense of exclusivity, as there were a limited number of residences available. A password protected website was created to limit access to the information. Passwords were provided to potential buyers when met with in person, along with a flythrough of two units. A customized folder containing amenities, finishes and selected floor plan was taken home.
